By 2012, PSK Group had scaled operations to supply cement via Indian Railways. By 2016, it had entered the energy sector through HPCL. By 2024, it had founded both a venture fund and a philanthropy arm—proof that growth and giving are not opposites.

In 2024, Dr. Srikanth founded The Alpha Circle—an invite-only global collective uniting industrialists, family business pioneers, and next-generation entrepreneurs under the shared conviction that India's legacy businesses must be aligned, modernised, and scaled for global relevance. With operations in Hyderabad and Dubai, the Circle's “Purpose & Contribution” pillar channels the combined influence of its 60+ member families toward policy change, educational mentorship, and innovation-driven philanthropy.
PSK Foundation
Established in 2024 alongside PSK Capital, the PSK Foundation formalises Dr. Srikanth's years of informal community support into a structured vehicle for social change. The Foundation focuses on three areas: skill-linked livelihoods for construction workers, educational access in Telangana's Tier-II towns, and rural infrastructure support. Over 50,000 lives have been touched through PSK's combined social initiatives.
